Head of Product Management (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) - Networking Devices & Accessories

Region D­­/­­A­­/­­CH (Home-Office)


Oversees the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted company's strategies and vision. Drive the local team and HQ R&D for product innovation, improvement, and day-to-day modification to ensure that the product is constantly growing to suit the German consumers' needs, as well as highly rated by local medias and channel partners. Partner up with other department leaders in order to align and execute product strategies and ensure that each department receives the right level of support to achieve the fundamental business goals Spearhead investigation and analysis on the product and the product market. Process his/her findings, identify opportunities, and present these to the Director of Product Management for initial validation and testing. Work on go-to-market strategy, including but not limited to identifying and interacting with channel partners; working with internal and external teams on marketing and marketing strategy to ensure a successful GTM for all key products


Minimum 10 years work experience in product management and in the networking industry Expertise in Networking, VOIP and Smart Home technologies Strong analytical skills to pinpoint the problems, opportunities and develop an informed and factual business case Sound communication and presentation skills to negotiate and get his/her messages across at all levels Strong network to wield influence internally and externally of the target ISPs to reach the goals Strong leadership skills with the ability to move, motivate and mentor the team for a common vision Clear and visible set values German and English with full working proficiency
